Arthur2024-04-21I called All Pro Basement for a quote to have a sump pump installed in my basement. All Pro's quote was better than all the others I received. Diego is very honest, he came out and explained everything I needed throughly, and did not try to oversell me anything. His team installed our pump in February 2024. It works great and they came back after the ground thawed to put the discharge pipe under ground. The whole installation was very clean. Diego kept in contact with me throughout to make sure everything was done right and to my liking. In my initial consult with Diego, I could immediately tell that he was unlike nearly all other contractors. He is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and above all, does right by his customers. He asked thoughtful questions to diagnose my basement water issues without presumption. Most importantly, he had an answer to all my questions and never tried to sell me on anything I didn’t actually need. On install day, Diego and the crew were very punctual and efficient. I was home all day and was never inconvenienced by their work. Diego remained onsite as the single point of contact. There were no surprises in the work itself or the final cost, which was very reasonable given the scope. Following install, Diego called to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome and the cleanliness, offering to immediately send back the crew if I wasn’t. Given that is a very windy, cold and rainy day and my older home has no exterior basement access, I had expected a mess. To my delight, the crew did a great job cleaning up both inside and outside. The trench on my yard was filled back in so neatly, I can’t even tell it was touched. I never thought I would be excited about heavy rains, but based on my experience with this team, I finally feel confident that my basement is prepared.
